Winners announced! Financial Literacy Film Festival 2024 Lost Hills / Wasco

 Winners are announced!

The Financial Literacy Film Festival / Free Community Breakfast was a huge success yesterday. Lost Hills Union School really has leadership and staff who care about the students, their parents and the local community. We came together to break the stigma surrounding money talk and to help reduce recidivism, before it starts.
A very special thanks to the Kern County Sheriff's Department, US Bank, and numerous prominent universities for joining us in promoting financial literacy.
The event featured a free community breakfast, open to all, and free swag bag giveaways along with a live art competition. Filmmaker, Juan Carlos Sanchez did a great job on the mic as he shared his story, introduced several sponsors and the Keynote speaker, Mr. Alex Garcia, Mayor of Wasco, California.
April is
